Safety Measures and Requirements

Your well-being is our top priority. In accordance with Italian law, all participants must be 16 years or older. Riders should weigh at least 100 pounds (45 kilograms) but no more than 260 pounds (118 kilograms). Unfortunately, pregnant women are not permitted to join due to safety considerations.

To safely operate a Segway, you should be able to step on and off the platform without assistance—this is comparable to climbing a set of stairs. We strongly recommend wearing flat, comfortable shoes for maximum stability. Worried about the weather? Our tours run rain or shine, and we provide complimentary rain ponchos so you can continue exploring in comfort.
