Safety Measures and Requirements

We prioritize your safety above everything else. We require all riders to be 16 years or older in compliance with Italian law. Riders must weigh at least 100 pounds (45 kilograms) and should not exceed 260 pounds (118 kilograms). We regret that pregnant women cannot participate due to safety reasons.

Riders should be able to get on and off the Segway without assistance, which demands physical capabilities akin to climbing and descending stairs. It’s advised to wear flat and comfortable shoes. Our Segway tours proceed come rain or shine. Don’t worry about the weather; we have you covered with complimentary rain ponchos at our office.

The nearest underground station, “Lanza-Brera”, is just a five-minute walk away. We request you to arrive 15 minutes before the tour’s scheduled departure time.
